Corte Fitti is located in the heart of the Po Valley. A few hundred meters away is a dairy producing excellent Parmigiano Reggiano, and within a few kilometers are at least five wineries producing and selling Lambrusco wine. The location is strategic, allowing you to quickly reach some of northern Italy's finest art cities and sites. Mantua, with its medieval historic center, is a 20-minute drive away. Sabbioneta, a beautiful medieval village also known as "Little Athens, " is 40 minutes away. Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet and its magnificent Arena, is an hour away. Lake Garda can also be reached within an hour. Venice can be reached in two hours, almost entirely by highway. Milan can be reached in just over two hours. Ferrara, the Renaissance city ruled by the Este family, is an hour and a half away. Modena, where, in addition to its beautiful historic center, you can savor the famous Modenese cuisine, is just 45 minutes away. From Modena to Maranello, it's just a short drive, and you can visit the Ferrari museum. Parma is an hour's drive; its historic center is a gem, and a few kilometers further on, you can reach Langhirano to taste its famous prosciutto. An hour on the highway will take you to Bologna; add another hour, and in a total of two hours, you can visit Florence. Rimini, on the coast, is also a two-hour drive away.
